Reed serves as the in-house corporate counsel for XL TechGroup, as well as its portfolio companies and is responsible for handling corporate legal, M&A, tax, technology licensing and business development matters.
Prior to joining XL TechGroup in 2006, Reed was an attorney in the business group at Baker & Hostetler LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm, representing both public and private companies in a variety of sectors.
Reed holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degree in Accounting, and a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Florida. He also holds a C.P.A. license in the State of Florida.
