The key elements of the XL TechGroup strategy are to:

• retain controlling stakes in all new companies until monetisation;
• maintain sufficient discovery and technology partnerships to create a continuously evolving pipeline of new opportunities; and:
• deliver large-scale shareholder distribution events at the final exit from each company or from other significant liquidity events.
